43rd Annual Benefit Auction

This year marks our 43rd Penn-York Camp Benefit Auction on Saturday, August 31, 2024 in the Pavilion.
The ministry here at Penn-York Camp is completely funded by donations and support from families and surrounding communities. Our Auction depends solely on your generosity to donate items to sell. Examples of items to donate: Food, Quilts, Fresh Produce, Crafts, Homemade Items, New or Slightly Used Furniture, Gift Baskets, etc.
Special Incentive:
This year we have an anonymous donor who has graciously offered to match $ for $, every dollar that is raised during this event! If you have ever wanted to help financially, this is the day.

The auction will again be held under our outdoor Pavilion, weather permitting. The auctioneer will again be Tim Kaltenbach.

We are not soliciting local businesses for auction donations. Our auction depends on your generosity to donate items to sell. Thank you!

We are primarily looking for food, quilts, fresh produce, and homemade items, but we are not limiting the auction to these items only.

We will accept new and lightly used item donations up to the day of the auction. Please consider donating your used and low value items to your local thrift store.

Schedule for the Day

7-8:30 a.m. Breakfast

$10/person in the Dining Hall

Eggs, Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, Toast, and Coffee

8 a.m. Indoor Flea Market (Inside Alpine Center)

8:00-9:30 a.m. Live Worship (performed in Pavilion)

10 a.m. Auction

12 p.m. Stearns Chicken BBQ - (Served at Ladies Aux Tent.) $12/meal - $8/half

Meal Includes: BBQ Chicken, Salt Potatoes, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Desert, and Drink

Chicken BBQ is first come first serve. No pre-sales.
