Dear Friends and Families of Penn-York Camp!
We would personally like to invite you to this year’s annual Pennsylvania Dutch Dinner Fundraiser. ​

This year’s Dutch Dinner is April 12th at the Alpine Center. Doors open at 5:30 and the meal will be served at 6 p.m. We will be serving our Traditional Pa Dutch dinner menu, including everyone’s favorite Ham Loaf, which will be prepared by the Ladies Auxiliary.

This event fills up quickly.

Tickets cost $20/person and must be reserved ahead of time by contacting our office.

As in the past years, The Pa Dutch Dinner Fundraiser has always been an amazing time! It’s an evening filled with good food, great fellowship and some inspiring testimonies and plans of God’s awesome work here at PYC! It continues to remain a favorite to many families who are connected to camp. The evening will include a delicious full course meal, a time of sharing, and some worship songs led by the Brown Family.

Note on Seating Arrangement:​
Tickets will be sold at $20 per person. Each table seats 8 people. We only have seating for 200 attendees and this event does sell out quickly so please don’t wait to register. If you would like an entire table, or multiple tickets for your group, you will need to purchase these tickets at the time of registration, otherwise we cannot guarantee seating arrangements.

If you cannot join us but would still like to donate to this event, we would be blessed by your support and we would be honored to add your name or business to this evenings brochure.
