Why Support The Camp?


Penn-York Camp is a non-profit Christian Camp that has been an institution in Ulysses, PA for the last 49 years. Countless kids over the past three generations have fond memories of spending a week of their summer vacations at Penn-York.


This benefit goes to support the mission of the camp. If you are interested in either donating or volunteering for the auction please keep scrolling down for more info.


While our auction only comes once a year, we welcome your support throughout the entire year! Please check our Donate page for more information and ways to help out.

Donating to the Auction


We welcome and solicit donations of items to our auction from individuals and businesses. The cash-value of donations are tax-deductible. If you have a donation, please contact Camp to let us know!


Businesses donating over $150 in cash or item value are eligible to have their logos added to our annual Camp Supporter t-shirt while space is still available. Donors giving more than $75 can have their logo featured in our auction program. The deadline for logos to be submitted is August 10th 2019. Please email logos to pennyork@pennyork.com.


Camp Supporters are encouraged to attend our auction and invite their friends and family and to buy what they can to help support the camp. The proceeds of our auction go to support the mission of the camp and are added to our general operating fund. Please note that purchases made at the auction are not tax-deductible.

Breakfast - 8-9am

Auction - 9am - 1pm

Treasure Hunt *NEW*

Come to the auction early for an exciting Treasure Hunt that will span the whole camp! Additional information can be found by clicking here.

Breakfast

Come on out for a delicious buffet breakfast prepared by our kitchen staff. Breakfast will begin at 8 am and continue until 9am. The cost is $8/person.

Auction

Our Auction will kick off at 9 am, and will feature items such as indoor and outdoor furniture, canned fruits and veggies, handmade quilts, fresh baked goods, homemade crafts, gift certificates, new and used items, and much more.

Flea Market

The Flea Market will be located outside and start at 9AM. Pay what you think is fair!

Zipline

A free event for everyone attending the auction. The zipline will open at 11 am and continue through 1 pm. It is a great option for children who get tired of standing around at the auction.

Chicken BBQ

Tickets will be available for purchase all day for the Chicken BBQ. Pick up will begin at 12PM. Additional information can be found by clicking here.
