What are your facilities like?
Our facilities are well maintained and kept up to date. Check out the "Info" page under the facilities tab for thorough descriptions and pictures.
How many people can you house?
We can comfortably house 140 people. We do have overflow options for groups that may be a little larger. Our Alpine Gym can seat a group of 500 people in a conference setting.
When are you open for rental?
We are open year round. Our facilities are well maintained, heated, and prepared to accommodate groups all year.
How do I book a group?

What kind of events can you host?
We host a wide variety of group events here. From conferences, to retreats, to challenge course, to ground rentals. Give us a call. Chances are, we can accommodate your needs.
Can you prepare meals for our group?
Yes. We can prepare meals for groups over fifteen people. For smaller groups, there is a kitchen in the Alpine or Retreat House that may be available for you to prepare your own meals.
Who do we contact with questions while we are here?
We provide a host for every guest group who attends PYC. The host will introduce themselves when you arrive, be around to answer your questions, and leave you a number to get a hold of them at. They are here to help assist your group with PYC policies, and make sure your stay is a good one. It is not their responsibility to organize or oversee your groups programming.
Is there Wi-Fi or TV?
There is Wi-Fi in the Retreat House, Dining Hall, and Alpine. We do not have TV here.
Are your cabins heated?
Yes, all of our buildings are heated and can be used year round.
What should our group know to bring?
You will need to bring your own bedding and toiletries. These are not provided by the camp.
Do you allow alcohol or smoking?
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and grounds must be kept clean.
